Six Benson Idahosa University students escape death while returning to school

- Six undergraduate students of Benson Idahosa University, Edo state have reportedly escaped death

- Reports reveal that the students were involved in a tragic accident on their way to school but no lives were lost

- Laurie Idahosa reposted some of the photos as shared by one of the victims and attributed their safety to the mighty hand of God

Reports reaching Legit.ng reveal that a group of six undergraduates students of Benson Idahosa University have narrowly escaped death on their way to school.

According to one of the accident victims, Soala Ogan as identified on Instagram, they were on their way to school from Port Harcourt when a reckless driver hit their vehicle.The impact had their own charted car somersaulting severally before it came to a full stop and surprisingly, they all walked out unscratched and uninjured.

Soala, in her post, revealed that she had her seat belt on and was on the phone with her dad when the tragedy occurred. She expressed gratitude that she has been taught to always wear her seat belt and it must have contributed to saving her life.

Ogan shared some photos showing the aftermath of the vehicle they boarded which was evidently totaled.

Many social media users are regarding the incident as nothing short of a miracle that could only have happened through the mercy of God.

Laurie Idahosa, daughter-in-law of late Achrbishop Benson Andrew Idahosa, also reposted the photos on Instagram and thanked God for protecting the students. She also expressed gladness that all students were safe and sound and revealed that she had spoken to three of them.

Benson Idahosa University is a private, Christian university in Edo, Benin City.

Meanwhile, just recently, a lady named Korie Tochi on Twitter recently took to expressing appreciation to God for saving her from a dire situation.

According to this lady, she was nearly close to dying during a trip she had embarked on but she was rescued by God and the expertise of the pilots who manned the airplane she was on.

The plane caught fire while Korie Tochi and other passengers were still on it in mid air but luckily they landed in their destination unharmed.
