However, despite being blessed with unique features, some people do not mind going the extra miles to make themselves appear more beautiful and confident.

One of such person is Nigerian media personality, Toke Makinwa. The light skinned petite lady took to her Twitter handle to explain the things she did these past few months that made her happier.

Toke revealed that she was tired of complaining about things, so she decided to make moves. She further explained that she used to hate her body, so she fixed it, among other things.

She tweeted: “This year I stopped complaining and changed things. I hated my body, I fixed it, (best decision ever). I hated hanging around certain people who made me feel small; I dropped them, I learnt to forgive (I still struggle but it’s a journey), I learnt to be at peace. #2018Lessons.”

Recall that in August, the socialite got tongues wagging after her curves became more noticeable.

Toke had shared a picture of herself in a bodycon dress and it raised a lot of questions and speculations that she had joined the growing list of celebrities who enhance their figures with surgery.

She did not respond to the claims then, but she seems to have confirmed the rumour with her latest tweet.
