Arsenal boss Unai Emery risks being punished by the English FA for kicking a bottle of water in his side's 1-1 draw against Brighton and Hove Albion on Boxing Day.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang gave the Gunners the lead in the seventh minute but an equaliser from Jurgen Locadia ensured the match ended in a draw.
SunSport however reveals that the FA chiefs are reviewing the footage of the incident which saw the bottle hit a fan towards the end of the game.
The publication further stated that the Spaniard could be handed his punishment before the end of the day - with Emery set to suffer a touchline ban.
In a similar situation, Jose Mourinho was handed a one-match ban in November 2016 after lashing out at a water bottle after referee Jonathan Moss booked Paul Pogba for diving.
The former PSG handler was said to have kicked Emery kicked a bottle in frustration but tendered an apologised immediately to the fan.
He did not stop there as he apologised once again after the final whistle with the supporter being gifted Laurent Koscielny’s shirt.
Meanwhile, Mourinho escaped Uefa ban after throwing a crate of drinks bottles to the ground as his team secured a 1-0 win over Young Boys at Old Trafford.
But two years ago, he was sent off and had to serve a one-match ban after deliberately kicking a water bottle during the West Ham game.

The Special One then admitted improper conducted which led to a one-match ban, but felt he was treated unfairly and was singled out by the FA after also being fined £16,000.
The three-man disciplinary panel deemed Mourinho had "aggressively kicked the bottle in a manner that could have endangered people around him regardless of the motivation to do so".
Legit.ng recalls that Arsenal were held to a 1-1 draw by Brighton and Hove Albion in their Boxing Day clash at Falmer Stadium.
It took Gabon international Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang just seven minutes to open scoring for the Gunners away from home.
But a 35th minute equaliser from Jurgen Locadia ensured parity was restored for the home team before the first half was wrapped up.
