- 18-year-old Bristol City striker Antoine Semenyo has emerged as a target for Manchester United
- The Red Devils are said to have sent scouts to watch him for the possibility of luring him to Old Trafford
Premier League giants Manchester United are reportedly targeting Bristol City forward Antoine Semenyo, and the 18-year-old star could move to Old Trafford next year.
The Englishman is currently on loan at League Two side Newport County and has scored five goals in 24 appearances so far.
And according to the report by UK Express, his performances have caught the interest of Manchester United chiefs who are ready to lure him to Old Trafford.
"I was sitting with a Man United scout at Newport the other week, to be honest. And they really like him. People will like him because he's 18 years of age,'' Bristol City manager explained.
Semenyo made his Bristol City debut on the final day of the 2017-18 season coming on as a second half substitute for Lloyd Kelly in the 3-2 loss to Sheffield United at Ashton Gate.
On 18 July 2018, Semenyo joined Newport County on loan until the end of the 2018-19 season
