Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has dismissed suggestion that the Premier League leaders will be eyeing Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard despite admitting Belgian is among the world’s best players.
According to a UK Sun report citing the Standard, Hazard revealed he was the missing star for the Etihad dwellers, but Guardiola claims a transfer is out of the picture.
"That is not going to happen. I am agreeing with him. He said I’m so good and I am agreeing with him.
"Switch on the TV and look at him. You realise his qualities. He is one of the best players in the world,” Guardiola stressed.
Interestingly, during an interview this week, Hazard claimed he was the missing ingredient at the Etihad outfit.
