Jose Mourinho's agents says his client will not leave Manchester United

- Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho will not leave the club next year

- This is according to his agent Jorge Mendes who says the Portuguese is happy at Old Trafford

- United have not been impressive this season in all competitions which puts Jose Mourinho in a tight corner

Jorge Mendes who is the agent of Jose Mourinho has explained that his client is happy at Old Trafford and will not leave Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho has been under fire this season at Old Trafford considering the Red Devils' performance in all competitions.

There have been lots of reports that Manchester United chiefs are planning to hire another manager at the end of the current season should Jose Mourinho and his wards fail to end among the top four.

Despite also signing a new deal at Manchester United in January this year, the former Chelsea manager has been linked with a return to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

And when asked if Jose Mourinho would leave Manchester United next year, Jorge Mendes stated that:'' "It's totally untrue.

"Jose is very happy at the club and the club is very happy with him. He has a long-term contract with Manchester United and is fully committed to the club in building a solid winning project." Mendes explained according to BBC.

Manchester United are currently occupying eight position on the Premier League table after 15 games played so far and they will face Fulham at home on Saturday, December 8.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Tottenham coach Mauricio Pochettino reportedly emerged as Manchester United's target to replace current embattled manager Jose Mourinho next summer.

But the Red Devils will have to pay £40m for them to land the 46-year-old Argentine at Old Trafford as replacement for Jose Mourinho.
