Nigerians react as man recounts how his friend began hating his wife after giving birth

- A Twitter user recently took to the platform to recount how a friend started hating his wife after she gave birth, saying she became unattractive

- The Twitter user went on to advice ladies to always try their possible best to look attractive for their men in order to keep them

- The post has sparked outrage on social media as many people consider this point of view, a selfish one

Twitter has been thrown into outrage over a user's opinion on women keeping fit after the birth of a child. According to the post, the Twitter user identified as Gold Promotionz narrated how a friend lost interest in his wife after she gave birth. According to the post, she became shapeless and he began to despise her.

He stated that she started dressing in less attractive things and eating 'anyhow'. This made his hatred for her grow and he could no longer bring himself to sleep on the same bed with her.

The post reads: "A friend of mine once told me he began to hate his wife immediately she gave birth. He said when they married she was cute, nice shape, nice body and everything. But immediate she got pregnant, she became fat, and when she gave birth her stomach was big, she had stretch marks.

She started wearing wrapper all over the house, eating anyhow, he said he couldn't even bring himself to sleep on the same bed with her.

The Twitter user went on to advice the ladies to always try to maintain their shape since doing otherwise tends to be a turn off for the men.

"My advice to you ladies is try to stay in the shape your husband met you, somethings are huge turn offs for men. And even if they might not tell you, they would end up going outside to look for the younger ones to please themselves."

Fellow Twitter users however, did not agree with this and tagged the post as a very selfish point of view seeing that women go through a lot in childbearing
