It is a common thing for a cow to be rejected at the slaughterhouse owing to its small size since traders prefer bigger ones as they assure them higher returns after the sale of their meat.
However, the story of Knickers, a 1.94 meters tall giant Friesian from Australia, has proved beef dealers can also be overwhelmed by a cow's massive size and turn them away.
From viral photos of Knickers shared on social media, the cow is seen to dwarf other huge bulls which literally take shelter under its enormous belly.
Its owner, Geoff Pearson, a farmer, said that he bought the black and white bull seven years ago to be in charge of other cows in his farm.

As it continued to grow, Pearson said, he realised Knickers was surpassing the size of an average huge bull and decided to take it to the abattoir.
It was, nonetheless, rejected by the slaughterhouse as the butchers claimed it was too big and heavy to be processed.

“It was too heavy. I wouldn’t be able to put it through a processing facility. So I think it will just live happily ever after," said Pearson who owns about 20,000 cattle.
Before he purchased Knickers, which by then cost him KSh 41,025 (N149,741), the farmer said he had another cow named Bra.
