PSV star Hirving Lozano reveals he wants to join Manchester United

Mexico international Hirving Lozano has expressed his desire to play in the Premier League which could most likely be Manchester United.

The PSV Eindhoven star claimed he was a Red Devil fan from his boyhood days in Mexico and has revealed he wants a move to England.

Speaking to ESPN after PSV's loss to Tottenham in the Champions League at Wembley, Lozano said: "I hope that God, some day, gives me a shot at playing in the Premier League."

"I like it very much. I think the Premier League is great.

"I think that it would be fabulous to play with any of the clubs, but I would love to play for one of the big clubs. I hope that God gives me the chance."

The winger has been a revelation in the Eredivisie since making a summer move from Pachuca in 2017 and has been impressive this season.

He scored 19 goals in his debut season for the Dutch club, guiding them to a league title and has set the ground running this season with 11 goals.

His current form has aroused the interest of top English clubs including Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea, but Gunners' boss Unai Emery decided against the deal.

Spanish giants, Barcelona have also been linked with the Mexican and are believed to monitoring his progress with the Dutch outfit.

Meanwhile, had earlier reported that Chelsea are eyeing Mexican striker Hirving Lozano as a possible replacement for misfiring Alvaro Morata in the January window.
