Maurizio Sarri has infiltrated the English Premier League in a major way and has so far gone unbeaten in the EPL and Europa League.
Sarri made the switch from Serie A side Napoli and introduced his famous Sarri Ball technique to Stamford Bridge, reinventing the philosophy of football at the London based club.
And with the resurgence of quality football at the club, various players who had other wise faltered under ex-coach Antonio Conte, are now thriving under the tutelage of Sarri.
Take a look at these five players who were nowhere to be seen during Conte's reign but have since bloomed into majestic players at Stamford Bridge.
Pedro has only started six matches but already has four goals and one assist to his name.
The 31-year-old was used by Conte as a supporting striker prior to the arrival of Olivier Giroud from Arsenal.

Pedro is a master at lay-offs and Sarri hopes to capitalise on his electric pace and pinpoint passes gloing forward..
4. Alvaro Morata
Morata was possibly Chelsea's biggest signing under Conte but failed to replicate his success at Real Madrid.
Morata only managed 11 goals and six assists last year and especially found it difficult to adapt to the physicality of the English topflight.
But this year he has hit the ground running and has already scored five goals.
Sarri has offered Morata an excellent support line and the Spaniard has now shifted his focus to the task of finishing what his teammates feed him as opposed to getting behind every build up.
3. David Luiz
To Conte, Luiz was a passenger in his team and an outdated centre-back who his former manager had sidelined from the starting 11, most of the matches last season even when fit.
This season Luiz is nothing like before and has been so impressive for Sarri that he is probably the reason why Chelsea remain unbeaten.
He is without a doubt one of Sarri's favourites, with his attack minded style, which is a formidable skill to have in any progressive playing team.
Chelsea have only conceded eight goals this year despite losing their number one shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois to Real Madrid.
2. Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Loftus-Cheek has seen increased play time and Sarri has ruled out any possibility of the player leaving in January meaning that he has big plans for the English man.
The 22-year-old was impressive for the Crystal palace last season and even managed to secure a position in England's World Cup squad.
He is certainly one to look out for this season.
1. Ross Barkley
Chelsea midfielder Ross Barkley has come alive this season, having managed to bag three goals and four assists so far.
Barkley's finishing and ability to pick out long searching passes has really shown throughout this season.
The ex-Everton player is possibly the biggest revelation at Stamford Bridge unearthed by Sarri.
