Leicester City players will wear special jerseys in honour of their late owner, Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha when they host Burnley in the Premier League.

The shirt will have the late business tycoon's name written on it when they play their first home match since the helicopter crash occurred.

The club stated that they will pay a tribute to the Thai billionaire with a video presentation before the match while fans have also planned a special march to the King Power Stadium.

Vichai was one of five people killed in the crash near the stadium after Leicester's last home game against West Ham on Saturday, October 27.

Both teams will also were black arm-bands and a two-minute silence will be observed before the match kicks off.

The Foxes will wear tribute shirts in the first half and change to a poppy emblem for the second period to commemorate remembrance Sunday.

"The Srivaddhanaprabha family and everyone at Leicester City Football Club have been deeply moved by the remarkable volume of generous and thoughtful tributes left at King Power Stadium," the club said in a statement.

"The support of our fans, our community and the football world during this darkest of weeks will never be forgotten."

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier reported that Danish goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel penned an emotional letter to Leicester City chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha who was killed in Saturday's helicopter crash outside the King Power Stadium.

The Foxes number one arrived the club shortly after Srivaddhanaprabha became chairman of the club and was part of the history making side that won the Premier League in the 2014-15 season.
