- Marcus Rashford emerges top transfer target for Italian League champions Juventus
- The striker had a swell time with the English national team during their UEFA Nations League
- He scored in the Three Lions 3-2 win over Spain on Monday, and he will hope to build on the performance on return to Man United this weekend
Italian League giants Juventus are reportedly plotting a surprise move for Manchester United star Marcus Rashford according to SunSport.
The 20-year-old was superb for England in their 3-2 victory over Spain in their UEFA Nations League encounter earlier this week.
Though, he has not been impressive under Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford this season - with the Portuguese tactician heavily criticising the youngster.
He has made five Premier League appearances for the Red Devils and has scored once in the process.
Last season in the English topflight, he scored seven goals and created five assist in 35 matches for his side.
And a report claimed: "Juventus have got their noses pressed to the window for Rashford, and they are ready to make an offer for him.
"His goal against Spain confirmed that he has what it takes to become an important player."
Rashford's current deal with United expires in the summer of 2020 and the Old Trafford side will vehemently reject offers from the Italain side.
He was part of the United team that won Europa League, and League Cup in Mourinho's first term.
He will now be looking to build on his goal for the Three Lions after Mourinho branded him “sad” during the win over Newcastle.
The Special One bizarrely said: “Rashford was sad on the pitch and Scott McTominay looked scared.”
Legit.ng previously reported that Manchester United star Marcus Rashford has emerged as a target for Premier League giants Chelsea.
The Blues will face rivals Manchester United on Sunday, February 25, in which a win for the Blues will put them level on points with the Red Devils.
Englishman Marcus Rashford is not expected to start the match against the Blues as he is currently struggling since the arrival of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal.
