Super Eagles gaffer Gernot Rohr has made it clear that he likes eating pounded yam and vegetable soup as his players prepare to face Libya on Saturday, October 13, in Uyo.
The 65-year-old German football manager made this known in an interview he granted in Uyo which was posted to you-tube.
He also admitted that there are lots of discipline in his team stressing that his players know what is expected of them to do.
Rohr also confirmed his love for three Nigerian musicians namely Tiwa Savage, Davido and Simi claiming that he listens to their songs always.
And when he was asked of what he would do if he had the chance to become the president of the Nigeria Football Federation, he stated that he will order the immediate construction of a technical center in Abuja which will help the development of football.
Super Eagles will face Libya on Saturday in a must win match for Nigeria to put their race for qualification for the 2019 AFCON back on track.
Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how captain of the Super Eagles John Obi Mikel was excluded from the two AFCON qualifiers against Libya, and Arsenal star Alex Iwobi is now expected to play his role.
Goalkeeper Francis Uzoho will be in goal for the Super Eagles, and he is expected to be covered in the defense by Abdullahi Shehu, Leon Balogun, William Troost-Ekong, and Jamiu Collins.
