Bride visits late fiancé’s grave on would have been their wedding day

- Jessica wore her bridal gown and visited Kendall's grave on their supposed wedding day to honour him

A woman from Indiana, United States (US), visited the grave of her late fiancé on the day they were supposed to have their wedding.

Fox News reports that, the lady who was identified as Jessica Padgett made the emotional gesture to honour Kendall Murphy on September 29.

Her dreams of spending the rest of her life with Kendall were shattered in November 2017, when an alleged drunk driver hit and killed him.

It was further reported that late Kendall was a firefighter and was helping an accident victim when the tragic incident occurred.

Padgett wore her bridal gown while visiting his grave. Family and community members accompanied her as she paid tribute to her late fiancé.

Katrina Murphy, Kendall's mom, is the one who came up with the photoshoot idea. Her aim was to help Jessica heal while honouring Kendall at the same time.

Community members wrote Jessica letters of support and handed them over to her on the same day. She also posed with Kendall's firefighting gear, including his uniform, helmet, and boots.

Jessica's photos have touched many people after going viral on Facebook, racking up thousands of reactions and comments. One commenter wrote:
