Women are more powerful than men - Reno Omokri

Spokesperson to former Nigerian president and writer, Reno Omokri, has maintained his relevance on social media by always wading into issues that concern the society as well as sharing his sometimes controversial opinions on topics.

Reno often takes to his Twitter page to dish out advice to his followers.

The former spokesperson recently tweeted that he feels men and women were created for different purposes and that women are in fact stronger than men.

It is no longer news that women now clamour for equal rights and for better opportunities because the patriarchy in African societies can be really stifling and make some women face unfavourable situations.

This has led to talks that women are trying to take over the role of men in the society because they are no longer content being women.

Reno, however, shared his opinion on this, stating that men and women have different roles and that women are actually stronger.

He tweeted:

“I do not believe that what a man can do, a woman can also do. I actually believe women were created to do what men CANNOT do. Women are more powerful than men. Men have the power of a rock. Women have the power of water. Water breaks rocks. Rocks can’t break water #RenosNuggets”
