- Gernot Rohr has named the 24 Super Eagles players who will face Libya

- Eagles captain Mikel Obi will miss the two 2019 AFCON qualifying games

Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr has released the names of his players who will face Libya this month in the 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifying games.

Captain of the team Mikel Obi is not among these 24 Super Eagles players to face Libya and Ahmed Musa is expected to lead the attack for Gernot Rohr.

Enyimba goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa is the only home based player who made the list and he will be a backup for current number one Francis Uzoho.

Earlier, had reported how the 2018 World Cup kit used by the Super Eagles of Nigeria was shortlisted among the 87 nominees for the Beazley Designs of the Year 2018.
