Italian League giants Juventus and AC Milan are reportedly chasing the signature of Arsenal star Aaron Ramsey.
The 27-year-old's contract with the Gunners runs out at the end of this season and his attempt to sign new deal with the club recently hit the rock.
SunSport report that the north London club have however withdrawn from negotiations after failing to make head ways.
The news outlet claims AC Milan might be at advantage of landing the Welsh man with Arsenal chief Ivan Gazidis moving to the club at the end of October.
Serie A champions Juve are also said to be interested in signing the midfielder as they look to bolster their midfield options.
The player will have a chance to sign for any club of his choice after his season euns out in the summer of 2019.
Ramsey is entitled to sign a pre-contract with an overseas club on January 1, overriding any deal the Gunners could thrash out with another club.
The midfielder who moved to North London ten years ago from Cardiff, was a late sub in the 3-1 Carabao Cup win over Brentford on Wednesday.
However, Ramsey is expected to be restored to the starting line-up for Saturday’s home game against Watford.
