Premier League giants Liverpool will host French club Paris-Saint-Germain on Tuesday night, September 18, in their first Champions League game of the 2018/19 season.

These two teams have started their season on an impressive note winning their first five games which will make tonight's game a tough one.

And ahead of this match, Paris-Saint-Germain stars including Neymar and Frenchman Kylian Mbappe took the chance to look around the Anfield surroundings.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi also laid flowers at the Hillsborough memorial outside the stadium as he paid tribute to the 96 Liverpool supporters who lost their lives at the FA Cup semi-final in 1989.

Meanwhile, last season, Paris-Saint-Germain were knocked out of the Champions League in the round of 16 while Liverpool made it to the final losing to Real Madrid in Kiev.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Premier League champions Manchester City will start their 2018/19 Champions League campaign against French club Lyon at the Etihad stadium.

Liverpool who were runners up last season will face PSG, while Young Boys will be at home against Manchester United.
