- Chelsea are eyeing winter transfer move for AC Milan midfielder Suso
- The 24-year-old has been superb for his Serie A side in the past two seasons
- The Blues are hoping they can use Bakayoko in a swap deal to land their target
FA Cup champions Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing AC Milan midfielder Suso during the January Transfer window.
The Blues are hoping they can secure the signature of the 24-year-old in a swap deal that will see Tiemoue Bakayoko sign a permanent deal with the Italian League side.
Suso joined Milan from Liverpool in 2015 and has become a key member of coach Gennaro Gattuso's team - scoring six times in 35 appearances for the club.
Bakayoko on the other hand is hoping to relaunch his career at the Serie A outfit after an unsuccessful debut season at the Stamford Bridge.
According to Italian news website calciomercato claim the west London club want Suso, who is also wanted by Real Madrid, Tottenham, Juventus and Napoli.
Last Season's Champions League finalists Liverpool are said to have been on the trail of the last two transfer windows - after he left Anfield for Milan in 2015.
The online news platform also reveal that Suso's release clause has been pegged at £35million, adding that it is not enough to put off admirers.
Calciomercato also predicted that Sarri's move to Chelsea will spark up more business deals between Milan and Chelsea in the future.
Spain midfielder Cesc Fabregas and ex-Brazil defender David Luiz, both 31, might be options for AC over the next 12 months as their contracts are winding down.
Meanwhile, Milan have an agreement to turn Bakayoko's temporary switch into a permanent deal next summer if all parties are happy with that.
Otherwise, the anchorman who helped Monaco to the Ligue 1 title two seasons ago faces a fight to revive his career - at both club and international level.
Legit.ng previously reported that Italian League giants AC Milan signed Chelsea star Tiémoué Bakayoko on a season long loan deal.
The Frenchman moved to the Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2017 after an impressive season with Monaco after the 2016-17 season.
However, he failed to live to his billings as injury stopped him from shinning at the west London club in his debut season.
