- Luis Suarez believes Real Madrid are more lethal after Cristiano Ronaldo left the Los Blancos
- Real Madrid are already showing promises in the Spanish topflight this term
- The Uruguayan is wary of the Los Blancos attacking freedom
Barcelona ace Luis Suarez believes Cristiano Ronaldo recent move from arch rivals Real Madrid to Serie A champions Juventus will enhance the performances of the Los Blancos during the 2018/19 campaign.
The 31-year old, unlike many plaudits, believes the exit of the five-time ballon d’ Or winner has actually played to the favour of Los Blancos.
According to Suarez, who has clashed with Ronaldo for several seasons in the famous El Classico battle, Real Madrid look a more solid team now that their attacking does not revolve around Ronaldo.
"You've seen in the first few matches of the league season that some players who were a little inhibited before are now at a good level," Suarez was quoted as saying by Mirror.
Ronaldo made the surprise switch to Juventus in the summer after spending nine seasons in Madrid, although he is yet to score in Italy.
His famous rival Lionel Messi recently spoke about his shock transfer, although the Argentine, unlike Suarez, believes Real Madrid were slight underdogs, especially in the Champions League without Ronaldo.
Under new manager Julen Loptegui, Real Madrid have scored 10 goals in their first three matches.
Welsh forward Gareth Bale has been a pivotal part of Real's sucess so far this season, as the manager has opted for a 4-3-3 formation alongside Marco Asension and Frenchman Karim Benzema.
In addition, Real Madrid have recruited the services of Mariano Diaz from Lyon, and he will wear the famous number 7 jersey.
Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously had reported that Cristiano Ronaldo is still waiting to net his first Serie A goal for Juventus but his son Cristiano Ronaldo Jr has already opened his goals account on Saturday, September 1, 2018.
The former Los Blancos superstar is yet to score in the Italian topflight after three matches after his massive switch from the La Liga in the summer.
However while the 33-year-old the five-time Ballon d'Or winner is searching for the way to the goal, Junior is scoring for fun.
