Physically challenged man works hard as bus conductor to make ends meet

Indeed, there is ability in disability and this Nigerian man currently trending on the internet, has proven this to be true.

When many physically challenged people will resort to begging and depending on others in order to survive, this Nigerian man simply identified as Chima will rather go out and source for his own means of livelihood.

An Instagram user took to the platform to narrate how he met Chima in a bus. According to him, Chima's dedication to his job as a bus conductor despite having only one leg, caught his attention. He revealed that since there was little he could do, he got Chima a phone and a SIM card in order to enable well meaning Nigerians reach out to him.

He wrote: "Guys, I entered a bus to Ikeja the other day and this conductor was hopping and working with one leg. No crutches. Still he chose not to beg but work. It got me thinking … Anyway, l told him I didn’t have much to give him but since he had no phone I will give him a phone and a sim and maybe just MAYBE someone will at least call him to commend him or even buy him crutches. His name is Chima and his phone number is 09068162688."

This is just one among many other physically challenged people who have risen above their challenges to take charge of their lives.

Recall a while ago, reported the news of how a physically challenged lady became a viral sensation. Identified as Olivia, the lady with just one arm has risen to become a motivational speaker and her Instagram page has inspirational videos of herself doing things that ordinarily would have been difficult for someone with just an arm.
