Lady pens touching tribute to husband, Nigerian Army officer who dies 11 months after his wedding

The clouds are dark for social media user, Fridaus Adam, who recently lost her husband just 11 months after they walked down the aisle. The widow penned down a touching tribute on Facebook, stating the painful circumstances surrounding his untimely passing.

Adams shared photos of herself and her man, Adamu G, as she revealed that the army officer was in service when the tragedy occurred. She also revealed that just two months prior, she put to bed and he is yet to meet their first child.

Many social media users have sympathised with the widow who is not only bearing a heartache but the burden of raising her child alone.

Some of the photos shared on Facebook, show the special ceremony they held as they tied the knot 11 months ago. It must be painful for Fridaus, who now has to hold on tight to the memories of her man.

Adamu had promised to be back a week before he died while protecting the life and property of Nigerian citizens.

He is indeed a hero.

Meanwhile, just recently, a young 400 level engineering student drowned in Bauchi. The young man identified as Gabriel Emmanuel Chinonso passed away while swimming at a pool in Yankari Games Resort. May he rest in peace.
