Cahill who was a member of the Three Lions squad to the summer World Cup in Russia has been repeatedly linked with loan moves to clubs across Europe alongside Championship clubs.

However, it seems the 32-year-old will be moving to the Turkish topflight in a desperate move to play regular football this season

At the last count, Cahill who moved to West London in 2012 from Bolton Wanderers, has claimed the Premier League twice, FA Cup once, League Cup, Europa League, and was a member of the Champions League winning squad in 2012.

During his six year stay at Stamford Bridge, Cahill earned 189 appearances for Chelsea and emerged club’s captain after the departure of John Terry.

Meanwhile, previously had reported that former Premier League side Aston Villa are plotting to take Chelsea defence ace Gary Cahill back to the Championship side.

According to reports, the 32-year-old who was with England at the summer World Cup in Russia, recently stressed that he was keen to stay and fight for a starters spot at Chelsea after being linked with a switch.

Aston Villa will be counting on his previous stint with the club to rejoin the club. The England international Cahill was snubbed by Chelsea Italian boss Maurizio Sarri in his squad that claimed a 2-1 win over Newcastle and it looks like he will find it hard to get playing time this campaign.
