It appears Yul Edochie is quite passionate and determined to help better the country as a whole. The actor turned politician has been known of late to be very vocal on social media about the ills destroying Nigeria.
In his latest post on the Twitter platform, he stated how the country does nothing but kill the dreams of her people. Sharing a short story, he revealed how his doctor friend who couldn't earn a decent living in Nigeria, succeeded in his career once he left the shores of the country.
He wrote: "My friend hustled as a practicing medical doctor for over 10yrs in Nigeria with nothing much to show for it. He left Nigeria last yr to practice abroad, came back one yr after, got married, boughts lands, building his house and happy. Dreams die here. We can't continue like this"
The tweet caused mixed reactions on the platform as some people were not quite convinced about the authenticity of the doctor's success. Others however, criticized Edochie for measuring success with the number of 'houses and lands' one purchases.
