Legit.ng had earlier reported Vice President Yemi Osinbajo in his capacity as acting president directed that the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) be re-evaluated.

This was due to the efforts of a number of people who championed the #EndSars hashtag on social media, documenting and reporting cases of police brutality all over the country.

While many applauded their efforts, there are some who feel otherwise. One of such person is Twitter user @Hafymo who shared her controversial thoughts on the matter.

According to her, the only reason the EndSars movement was successful was because 90% of the victims were men.

She also added that if it were women being constantly assaulted by SARS, it wouldn’t have any impact because the complaint won’t be taken serious.

This is coming after a Nigerian man asked men to upgrade their wives. Wale Jana said “The phrase, ‘happy wife, happy life' is popular for a reason and while many might not subscribe to it, research has shown that many marriages have stood the test of time because the men involved applied the wisdom early in their lives.”
