- Marinated grilled fish
Take 4 fish bodies, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, grated peel and juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper, several cloves of garlic, fresh potherbs and any vegetables you like for garnishing. Remove the scales and make a long cut along the fish belly. Remove the intestines and wash the inside with running water. If you like, cut off heads. Mix the chopped herbs with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, lemon peel, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the fish bodies and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then, cook on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with fresh or cooked vegetables and chopped herbs.
- A grilled fish steak
Take 4 steaks (preferably tuna steaks), each about 200g, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, a pinch of dry chili pepper flakes, 2 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, black pepper, lime and fresh cilantro. Ingredients for the sauce: 1 small red onion, 200g of red or yellow cherry tomatoes, 1 avocado, 2 kiwi, 1 fresh chili pepper, 15g of fresh chopped cilantro, fresh mint leaves, 1 teaspoon of brown sugar.
Wash the steaks and remove excess moisture with paper towels. Season with a half of the amount of cumin, dried chili flakes, salt and pepper, and grated lime peel. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and leave for 30 minutes in a glass or ceramic bowl.
Mix chopped onion, tomato, avocado, kiwi, fresh chili, cilantro and mint. Add the remaining cumin, lime peel, half of the amount of lime juice. Add sugar. - Grilled salmon
Take 4 salmon steaks, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, ½ cup of dry white wine, 100ml of soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, ground black pepper. There’s no need to use salt because the soy sauce is already salty.
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bog bowl. Put the steaks unto the liquid and leave for 15 minutes. Then, take the pieces out and grill the steaks for 12 to 14 minutes, adding marinade from time to time. Add pepper to your liking.

Remove the scales, intestines and fins, and, if you like, the head. Make several cuts on each side of each fish. Then, mash peeled garlic cloves and add them to the oil in a deep bowl. Add salt and spices. If you like, add lemon juice and chopped fresh herbs.

How to grill fish in oven
If you have a grill that can be installed into your oven, you can easily use a separate grill. There are special recipes that will help you enjoy a delicious meal without even going outside of your house.
Take about 300g of fish fillet, 1 clove of garlic, 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of dried basil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley.
Mix all the ingredients except the fish in a big glass or ceramic bowl and then put fish pieces there. Roll each piece in the marinade several times to make sure it has covered each piece properly. Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge for 1 hour, rolling the pieces in the marinade several times.
Heat up the oven on the grill mode. Install the grill approximately 10cm away from the heating element. Put the fish pieces onto a greased fire-resistant tray and fry for 5 minutes.
