I don’t barb hair for Nigerians - Illegal Lebanese immigrant tells Nollywood actress Mary Njoku

- Nollywood actress Mary Remmy-Njoku had gone to barbing salon to get a clean haircut in Ikeja GRA, Lagos

- She met a Lebanese barber tending the salon who told her he does not barb hair for Nigerians

- He was reported at the police station where it was discovered that he is in illegal immigrant

Nollywood actress Mary Remmy-Njoku who is currently rocking a bald hair wanted a new haircut and thus went to a barbing salon tucked in Ikeja GRA. Not knowing who she is, maybe because of her hairstyle, the man managing the salon yelled at her telling her his salon does not come for cheap.

He made a racist comment reminding her that his salon is not the regular Nigerian one where they pay N200 to have a haircut.

The actress deciding not to join issues with the Lebanese guy went straight to the police station to report him.

On getting to the police station after being invited, he started by saying that he does not cut hair for Nigerians. Then it was later discovered that the barber is an illegal immigrant with no legitimate work permit.

His tone was said to have gone quickly from being aggressive to being apologetic when his immigration status was questioned by the police. He then offered to give everybody involved in the case, including the DPO, a free haircut as a means of bribing his way out.

Jason Njoku, the husband to the actress took to his Twitter handle to narrate the ordeal of his wife with the illegal immigrant barber. The Iroko TV founder lso revealed that the Lebanese should be glad he is not in the country to handle the case.

Legit.ng had reported the story of how Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh took to social media to call out a Nigerian airline for making her miss an important meeting. The actress explained that her flight was delayed for an hour and it was later postponed.

According to the mother of one, she had bought ticket for an early flight because she had to make an early appointment. On her Instagram post, Dikeh who was furious for missing her appointment, said her 10am flight was delayed for an hour and later postponed to 6pm. She called the airline our for being lazy and unprofessional.
