A Nigerian man has written an open letter to a woman who turned him down in 2011, for being broke. The man identified as Kaycee Ichie Oguejiofor narrated his story on his Facebook page.

Oguejiofor revealed that the lady he identified simply as Amaka had told him that she couldn't date him becaue he did not have money.

She, however, told him that if she is still single when he makes money, he could come back to her.

According to the young man, he is now happily married and Amaka is still single. He threw a shade at her, talking about how she goes to the church every time to pray.

Oguejiofor who shared the story to wish Amaka a happy birthday, completed his story by wishing a happy birthday.

He wrote: "I know you will read this, how are you enjoying your singledom, not like marriage or relationship is a big deal, but I am very happy in mine. Nothing is perfect but mines is very close to perfection.

I remember the last time I saw you, you were on way to Pastor Peter's Church for prayers. And we both know why. If you don't change your attitude even the devil will not answer your prayers.

I remember when I asked you out in 2011, and your response was "Delgado I like you, but I can't date a broke man. You said if I am lucky you will still be single when I have made money. And just then you might consider me.

Anyways I don't wish evil or bad on people ọ, far from it... In fact I have only one prayer for you, I honestly pray that money will turn to man and ask for your hand in marriage.

Let me stop here for today. happy birthday!"

The young man later shared another post, claiming that Amaka's friends were not happy about how he shared his story.

Read below: "Hi Amaka, Your legion of Ignorant ladies are on my timeline masturbating.

I took my time to look at their profiles and I realized they were you in 2011. They probably will not realize what they are doing now until they end up at Pastor Peter's church in Surulere.

You should start a mentorship program to educate these females, do this one thing for humanity, that is if there is any human in you. Maybe just maybe God will bless you with a man and not Money, misery has no friends.

BTW how was the vigil? One of these days when I am less busy and will bring my friends to come pray with you as well, after all where 2 or 3 are gathered.... You know the rest."
