Fans of Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr trooped to the airport to welcome Super Eagles striker Ahmed Musa.

The Nigerian international made a summer move to the Middle East club from Leicester City for an undisclosed fee.

The Super Eagles forward was the Foxes' record signing when he moved to the King Power Stadium for £16.6million in 2016.

However the 25-year-old failed to hold down a place and was loaned back to his old club CSKA Moscow for the latter part of last season.

But fans of the Saudi club poured out in numbers to welcome the arrival the former Kano Pillars player to the club.

Al-Nassr finished third in the Saudi-Arabian professional league last season and will play in the Asian Champions League play-offs in the process.

Musa was Nigeria's hero in the 2-0 victory over Iceland in a Group D match at the Russia 2018 World Cup scoring both goals in the second half.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had earlier Super Eagles attacker Ahmed Musa has moved from Leicester City to Al-Nassr, the Saudi Arabian club said.

The Nigerian international joined the Foxes' for a £16.6million record signing in 2016 when he moved to the King Power Stadium.
