Famous pastor predicts Nigeria's next president, internet reacts

A South African-based Nigerian pastor, Samuel Akinbodunse, has sparked the internet with a viral video, after claiming God has revealed the identity of Nigeria's next president to him.

Speaking to his congregation in a live service at his South African church: Freedom for All Nation Outreach, the prophet claimed that the next president of Nigeria is a youth whose name begins with the letter 'S' as Legit.ng earlier reported.

The video from the service which has taken over the internet was shared by Twitter user identified as Wale Gates.

While many social media users who have seen the video are trying to decipher the mystery 'S' man, it is interesting to note that so far, the two candidates who have declared interest in the seat with such named letter are Sahara Reporters founder, Omoyele Sowere and Senate president, Bukola Saraki.

Sowore is aged 47 while Saraki is 55.

The clock is ticking slowly to the hour of presidential elections which is to hold in February 2019. Meanwhile, Legit.ng earlier shared nine strong candidates who many Nigerians on social platforms believe are potential candidates for the 2019 presidential election.

Among those listed include current Acting President Yemi Osinbajo and former vice president, Atiku Abubakar.
