It's not only providing for your family that makes you a man, sometimes do house chores - Nigerian man says

In this modern age, it is normal to find a man who is a feminist. A Facebook user identified as Bob Peter has proven that he shares the same views with some ladies who are fighting for gender equality.

In the African society, it is normal practice for women to take care of the house chores while the men are expected to provide for the home. Speaking to, Bob, who shared a photos for him carrying his child shared his opinion, stating that men are not restricted to helping with unconventional home chores and should in fact consider it as part of their duties in their home.

He said: "Many Men fail to understand that being caring and responsible doesn't end in providing what to eat!! Or buying stuffs.. Its also sharing in the duties that calls in the house.. You love to share in everything!! Your wife is not a machine, she is still that fine babe you where chasing after back then."

His stance shines a light on implicit rules that govern the family unit n the African society. Many men find it wrong to help out with certain chores in the house because they believe it is the duty of a woman.

Recently, reported how a father refused to take his daughter to the hospital despite the urgent need for medical attention. According to him, caring for the children is the duty of his wife and doesn't concern him.
