According to the magazine, Chelsea have shown strong interest in the 2018 World Cup winning star as new Blues manager Maurizio Sarri lost 2-0 to Manchester City in the Community Shield at the Wembley Stadium on Sunday, August 5.

Although Chelsea have not made a firm offer for the player yet, the hours are ticking for Premier League sides to perfect their squads ahead of Thursday’s deadline.
