"I am not interested in the agent," he said after Chelsea's loss to Manchester City in the Community Shielf.

"I want to hear if Courtois will say the same to me. I only want players with a very high level of motivation.

"I talked to them two days ago so I know what they will say to me tomorrow. I'm ready. But I think more good [news] than bad."

On the other hand, Courtois would not be pushed when he talked to the Belgian media about his future before meeting with his new boss after Antonio Conte's sacking.

"My transfer? I am not going to say anything about that now, it is a delicate situation," Courtois said.

"I cannot say much, I am not thinking about that, I am calm and becoming anxious would not help. What is important is to be ready for next season."
