If the proposal goes through, it would come as a blow to Manchester United and Chelsea, whom are reportedly eager adding Milinkovic-Savic to their squads.

On the other hand, Serie A champions Juventus are also linked Milinkovic-Savic but have not tabled any offer to rival Milan’s package for the Lazio star.

Meanwhile, previously had reported that Manchester United Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho is planning last bid to sign Brazilian midfielder Willian from Chelsea ahead of Thursday’s transfer deadline.

According to a UK Daily Star report, the Red Devils manager Mourinho is likely to approve a £60m deal for the 30-year-old Brazilian on the day the transfer window closes, if that could see the Blues midfielder make the move.

The ex-Chelsea boss is keen on reuniting with his former Chelsea winger all summer, despite saying that landing forwards was not a priority at the Old Trafford outfit.
