Uriel Oputa reveals that body shaming doesn’t affect her

Any Nigerian who follows social media activities can attest to the fact that one of the Nigerian celebrities often picked on and trolled online is 2017 BBNaija ex-housemate, Uriel Oputa.

Despite her seemingly charming personality and her cheerful nature, it appears some people still don't like her and use every opportunity to let her know. Almost every picture she puts up is welcomed with a lot of body shaming comments.

Well, the reality star and talk show host is letting those haters know that she isn't bothered by what they think of her or her body.

In a recent interview with Sunday Scoop, she stated that those people don't affect her and she considers them as cowards with low self-esteem.

In her words, “Body shaming does not affect me; I just move on. I feel people who do that are not confident in themselves. I feel those people are cowards who lack self-esteem. I have no plans to do a b*ob job.”

Recall a while ago, Legit.ng reported the news of how she received a lot of criticisms after she posted a mildly revealing photo of herself on Instagram. The reality star however, did not let the words get to her as she clapped back at the trolls one after the other, letting them know they can't break her.

Well, it is refreshing to know Uriel has a strong armour of self-love and self-esteem to keep her protected from all the negativity that often comes with being in the limelight.
