The office of the governor of Osun state, Rauf Aregbesola, is reportedly on fire.
The Punch reports that the fire broke on Monday, July 23. It was reported that the fire was caused by an air conditioner inside the governor’s office.
The fire reportedly raged on due to inability to gain access into the governor’s office as a result of the locked security door.
Aregbesola was not in the office when the fire started.
Meanwhile, the Nigerian Insurance Association (NIA), through the general manager of the traffic radio, has announced its decision to compensate victims who lost their vehicles to the Otedola bridge fire on Thursday, June 28.
The NIA has directed the traffic authority in Lagos to request for access to the damaged cars so that it can ascertain the extent of the damage done by the inferno.
