Juventus new signing Cristiano Ronaldo is off to China for his annual for the annual CR7 tour.

The 33-year-old who ended his nine year reign with Real Madrid this summer was unveiled by the Old Lady in Turin.

However, he will miss his new club's pre-season matches against Bayern Munich, Benfica, MLS All Stars and Real Madrid to honour an event by his sponsor Nike.

He is expected back in Turin later this month before he commences training with the rest of the players that will equally miss the US trip.

Most of the players that progressed from the group stage of the recently concluded Russia 2018 World Cup have been granted an extended holiday and will be back on July 30.

Ronaldo scored four goals for Portugal in Russia but were unable to reach the quarterfinal stage after losing 2-1 to Uruguay in the Round of 16 encounter.

His hatrick against Spain ensured that the 2016 European Champions avoided defeat in their opening group game.
