According to a UK Sun report citing sources at La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Turin-based outfit have handed Ronaldo exclusion from the Old Lady trip
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner penned a £99 million move from the Galaticos to the Serie A following Portugal's exit from the just concluded FIFA World Cup in Russia.
The Serie A champions are expected to tackle Bundesliga champs Bayern Munich in Philadelphia on July 25 and Portuguese side Benfica in New York on July 28.

However, Spain-based news platform AS is also backing La Gazzetta dello Sport's claim, stressing that the decision to allow Ronaldo miss out on the pre-season contest was decided after meetings between Juve’s manager Max Allegri and his backroom staff.

"I prefer to think of me in the present – the present is very clear, I enjoy football, I am still rather young and I have always like challenges in my life.
"So from Sporting, to Manchester to Real, it was a dream, I didn’t really think I would win so many titles individually or at a club.
"I think this new challenge will be as good as the others. It is just one new step in my career." Ronaldo was quoted to have said by UK Sun
