Rafaella Santos, sister of Brazil star Neymar, injured her arm and fainted during Brazil's game against Costa Rica.

The 22-year-old posted a picture of herself in a sling on her social media page after recovering from the nasty incident.

Rafaella posted a photo to her 4.5m followers showing her injured left arm in a sling.

She captioned it: "Look of the month."

Neymar scored a 97th-minute goal in the 2-0 win against the North Americans but his entourage looked more concerned when his little sister fell to the floor.
