Ronaldo tells agent Mendes to sort out his future with Man United

Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has ordered agent Jorge Mendes to sort out a transfer to Manchester United, Daily Star, quoting Don Balon.

The Portugal international sparked rumours regarding his future following the Champions League final win over Liverpool in Kiev.

And now Spanish media outlet, Don Balon, claim Julen Lopetegui's appointment as the new Los Blancos boss has not gone down well with Ronaldo.

The 33-year-old is said to believe that the club are repeating the mistake they made when they hired Rafa Benitez a few years ago.

Lopetegui has today been sacked as the Spain manager just a day before the World Cup after taking the mantle to coach Real Madrid next season.

Interestingly, Mendes is both the agent for Ronaldo and the future Los Blancos manager.

However Ronaldo is said to have made his mind up and wants to leave the Spanish capital for a return to Manchester.

The former Sporting Lisbon ace is also unhappy at comments Lopetegui has made regarding Lionel Messi in the past calling him the best player in the world.
