If you want to check your customs duty papers, you can use the number 094621597 (the last digit can also be 8 or 9) to do that. It works with both calls and text messages. In order to get the information you are looking for, you will need to provide:

Now, if you are looking to check the customs tariff list online, you are in luck, as Nigeria Customs Service has a very helpful database you can search. You can go to www.customs.gov.ng, find the Quick Search CET Tariff panel on the left and find the tariff that interests you.

You can search the custom duty tariff database by CET code (if you know it) or by a keyword. For instance, if you want to know the custom rate for live purebred breeding horses, you can search by its CET code, which is 0101.2100.00, or you can search by any word (or words) out of the phrase, for instance ‘purebred horses’.
