Super Eagles captain Mikel captain stated that the most memorable moment in his career was winning the Champions League with Chelsea in 2012.
The Blues team led then by Italian coach Roberto Di Matteo defeated the Bavarians at the finals staged at the Allianz Arena on penalties after playing a 1-1 draw during regulation time.
Mikel who was brought on as a second half substitute on that glorious night for the Stamford Bridge outfit flashed back at the unforgettable feeling.
"Definitely when we won the Champions League, i think that's the best moment in my football career.
"Till date the Champions League is so special and you don't get to win it quite often and for us to win it was so special.
"The way we did it, the manner we did it was spectacular and playing in Germany against Bayern Munich even made it more special.
"That day and that night was pretty special for me," he said.
