Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly urged Los Blancos' chiefs not to sign Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski this summer.

The Spanish club are expected to bring fresh legs to the club this summer, and Poland international Robert Lewandowski has emerged as a transfer target.

But according to the report by Don Balon, Cristiano Ronaldo feels Robert Lewandowski is too old to be considered a long-term investment.

Ronaldo instead wants Real Madrid to sign Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah who was superb for the Reds at the just concluded Premier League season.

Mohamed Salah and Cristiano Ronaldo will come face to face next weekend in the Champions League final where Liverpool will tackle Real Madrid.

Earlier, Legit.ng had reported how Argentine football star Lionel Messi reportedly told Barcelona chiefs to sign Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah at the end of the ongoing season in Europe.

At the just concluded EPL season, Mohamed Salah was in sparkling form for Liverpool and he is currently the man of the moment in the Premier League.

The report stressed that Messi has also instructed Barcelona to include Ousmane Dembele in a player plus cash deal for them to land Salah.
