The 27-year-old winger has been a long term target for Real Madrid, and Los Blancos chiefs are still ready to tempt Chelsea with big money for the possibility of signing Hazard.
Chelsea failed to qualify for next season's Champions League at the just concluded Premier League season and also lost their title to Manchester City.
Latest report from Spanish media outlet Don Balon stated that Hazard could use the fact that Chelsea failed to qualify for the Champions League to secure a move to Real Madrid.
