Last season, Antonio Conte led Chelsea to the Premier League title, but there are reports that the Italian would be sacked regardless of the Blues' FA Cup final result against Manchester United.
Chelsea have also failed to qualify for next season's Champions League, and their only chance of winning a title this term will be at Wembley on Saturday, May 19, in the FA Cup final.
