- Manchester United have expressed interest in signing Germany youngster Christian Pulisic this summer
- The 19-year-old has been impressive for the Bundesliga side in the last three seasons
- However, Jose Mourinho is prepared to offer a bid of about £40m plus Martial for the attacking winger
Premier League campaigners Manchester United are reportedly planning to include Anthony Martial in the deal to sign Borussia Dortmund youngster Christian Pulisic this summer.
The France international has fallen out of favour with his current manager Jose Mourinho since the arrival of Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal in January.
Martial has started just four English topflight matches thi year as the Chilean forward is considered favourite by the Portuguese tactician.
However, the 19-year-old German attacking midfielder is highly wanted by many European clubs, but the Red Devils have shown interest in signing him at the end of this season.
And they are willing to offer £40 million including the Frenchman to land the midfielder, who is also wanted by Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal.
The youngster can also play as a winger; meanwhile he has been impressive in the last three seasons at the club, with his pace and ability to beat opponents marking him out as a future world star.
Martial was sloppy in United’s 1-0 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion last Friday and his handler is said to have lost patience in him.
The former Monaco forward has scored just nine goals in 30 topflight encounters this season, and scored just one goal in eight Champions League games.
Altogether, he has scored 24 goals in 86 topflight encounters for the Red Devils since his arrival at the club in 2015.
He has won a Europa League Cup, one FA Cup title, a EFL Cup and a Community Shield during his three seasons stay at the club.
However, he is being monitored by Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal and Juventus, but United's desire to land Pulisic sees them favour a deal with Dortmund involving both players.
