Morata agrees to join Juventus at the end of the season

- Juventus agrees deal to sign misfiring Alvaro Morata from Chelsea

- The Spaniard is reportedly ready to leave the Blues after a poor season

- The 25-year-old was not listed in Conte's side that defeated Liverpool

Juventus have reportedly reached an agreement with Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata for a second spell in Turin.

The 25-year-old has not been having the best of times in his debut season at Stamford Bridge and reports from Italy said the attacker is keen on the idea of leaving.

The Italian media outlet also claimed Morata is willing to cut his salary and spread it across a multi-year contract in order to facilitate this departure.

The Spain international has played for Real Madrid in separate spells and currently earns €9m per season against Gonzalo Higuain's €7.5m.

And for the sake of squad morale Juventus would wish to avoid having such imbalance in their wage structure should the move materialize.

Bianconeri CEO Beppe Marotta refused to rule out a possible return of Morata to the Allianz Stadium during an interview before Juve's home win against Bologna.

But reaching an agreement with the London club could be tricky following the huge amount the Blues paid to land Morata last summer.

Juve may propose a loan with an option to buy in 2020 if they can not afford to pay the supposed heavy price tag for the Spaniard.

Morata was not listed in Antonio Conte's side that defeated Liverpool by 1-0 at the weekend as they moved three points within Tottenham.

The Madrid academy graduate has scored just 11 times for Chelsea in the Premier League this season and notched up two FA Cup goals.

With his dwindling form the striker has allayed his fears about not making it to the World Cup with Spain in the summer because of his lack of action and goals for the club.

Morata was left out Julen Lopetegui's squad that played an international friendly with Germany and Argentina in April.
