2. Humboldt University in Germany

7. INSA Lyon in France

While it is expensive to live in France, you can study at INSA Lyon and pay 6,000 Euro per year plus additional fees (for application, living costs, etc.) for engineering courses. It can be a great choice for students who have the money and really want to study in France.

10. The Lappeenranta University of Technology in Finland
