Mercy Aigbe’s husband refers to her as an ashewo on social media

- The battle between Mercy Aigbe and her estranged husband is still raging

- This is because Mr Gentry recently referred to his wife as a prostitute

- He shared this post on his Instagram page

From all indications, all is not well with popular Nigerian actress Mercy Aigbe and her estranged husband Lanre Gentry.

Gentry had taken to his Instagram page to wish actor Gabriel Afolayan and his wife a happy married life. However, his choice of words is what has raised eyebrows.

He prayed that God blesses the Afolayan’s while also hoping that Gabriel married his own wife instead of prostitutes who mirror as wives. See his post below:

“My brother, congratulations on your wedding. I pray for your marriage and I know God has made your wife the best not the prostitute that will pretend as one! Once again, congratulations!”

It is important to note that Gentry did not directly mention Mercy in his post, but it is publicly known that he has only one wife and that is the actress.

Perhaps he wasn’t proud of what he had written, Gentry later edited his post. Writing instead “My brother congratulations on your wedding, I pray to your marriage and I know God have made your wife the best woman for you . @gabbylucciii God we protect your home in Jesus name.”
