Argentinian journalist Manuel Sanchez who works for Canal El Doce attempted to replicate Cristiano Ronaldo's recent over-head kick against Juventus and landed in the hospital.

Sanchez tried his version of the acrobatic move on the lawn outside the office with just a thin cushion to break his fall.

He mistimed his shot and landed heavily with his leg buckling awkwardly underneath him as the display unfortunately did not quite went as planned.

The reporter was carted away to Cordoba hospital after the arrival of an ambulance, where he was later photographed with his leg in plaster, and a sheepish look on his face.

The incident not only left Sanchez a painful ordeal but also thought him to leave the spectacular acrobatics to the professionals.

Former Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney recently argued his bicycle was better than Ronaldo's version.

However the stunning over-head kick made all the headlines when Ronaldo's brace helped Real Madrid defeat Juventus 3-0 in the Champions League quarter finals first leg at Turin.
